• Tillr and Ownly — a restaurant SaaS on one codebase serving every tenant: Tillr is the customer ordering PWA, Ownly the owner dashboard for shifts, stock auto-deduction, payroll and cash-up. Row Level Security isolates every store at the database level and Stripe Connect handles split payments (built, ready for a first client).
• PitchPilot — a white-label sales copilot on the same platform: a RAG pipeline over pgvector generates a grounded objection response in real time during a live pitch, and the product rebrands to a new sector in under a day.
• nock — an AI front desk for trades: it answers the enquiries the owner misses, asks only what that job type needs, and hands over a one-screen job card with a decision (Next.js, Drizzle, native Android and iOS shells). Shipped CSP hardening, a closed penetration-test pass and GDPR DPA drafting across the platform.

• Fuses six sensing modalities — network/ARP scanning, BLE proximity, mmWave radar, camera pose — into one explainable per-room presence state, scoring confidence from the best present evidence weighted by source trust and decayed by age.
• Loopback-only with zero cloud egress by default; exposes MCP-over-HTTP so AI agents can query the house state, with scoped-token auth for LAN companions. Backed by 2,400+ automated tests with green CI.

• Authored an open protocol and signed-envelope format proving who produced a code contribution and that it was not tampered with — verified offline, from the signing keys the contributor's git host already publishes.
• Wrote the spec plus three independent verifiers (Python, Go, Rust) that must agree across 18 normative test vectors; ships as a GitHub Marketplace Action and on PyPI (v0.2.3).
